Refund policy

A refund will only be given if the product is deemed faulty

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size

A Store credit will be issued if you wish to return your item or you can exchange for another full priced item/s to the value of the item you are exchanging


Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase. If you receive your order online and the item/s are faulty we will happily replace for you if we have the item/s in stock

For hygiene purposes we cannot accept any returns for Earrings, Lingerie (bra + undies), Swimwear

If we do not have stock or the size available of the faulty item/s we will issue a Store Credit

  • A refund will only be offered if the product is faulty
  • A full refund on the purchased item/s will be issued minus any postage + delivery fees using the same payment method you used to purchase if the item/s are deemed faulty


All postage for returns will be paid by the customer not Archie + Dot

Sale Items cannot be returned unless you have received and the item/s is faulty

We will not accept any returns if a discount code has been applied or the item is on sale

Exchange Policy


Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase

The item/s must be in the original condition you received it in. The product and/or items must be unused, unwashed, no damage, kept in original packaging and all labels + tags must still be attached

Exchanges cannot be made outside of the 7 days of purchase period

For hygiene purposes we cannot accept any exchange for Earrings, Lingerie (bra + undies), Swimwear

All postage for exchanges will be paid by the customer not ARCHIE + DOT
